Job Description
- Elicit requirements using the most appropriate techniques to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and captured
- Coordinate project activities ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.
- Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and analyze their potential benefits to the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Follow the agile (Scrum/Kanban/Other) principles throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
- Confidently participate in Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions etc.
- Leverage communication skills to help translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Work as a part of squad on:
individual projects
multiple projects
Work with multiple crossfunctional systems
Work with multiple crossfunctional teams
Working under the tutelage of more senior Business Analysts
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Technical Coordinator or a similar role in software development.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies especially in the role of Business Analyst.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Technical Coordinator or a similar role in software development.
