About the Role

Were looking for a driven peoplefocused B2B Partner Executive to help grow one of our leading electrolyte brands through smart partnerships epic activations and meaningful relationships. Youll play a key role in building our presence in the CrossFit Hyrox and wider wellness world from gyms and football clubs to wellness studios and corporate spaces.

This isnt your typical desk job. Youll be out there making real connections supporting events organising outreach campaigns and helping us scale our network of 200 B2B accounts. Youll be part brand ambassador part relationship builder part hustler all working towards one big goal: getting our products into the hands of the right people in the right places.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute B2B strategies across a range of channels from gyms and wellness studios to football clubs and retailers

  • Grow one of our leading electrolyte brands in the CrossFit and Hyrox space by building strong gym partnerships supporting key events and activating the brand on the ground

  • Manage and grow our network of 200 existing B2B partners

  • Identify new opportunities to expand our reach whether thats a new community category or collaboration

  • Organise outreach campaigns warm and cold emails calls DMs carrier pigeons if needed

  • Track progress keep things organised and adapt quickly when priorities shift



What We Need From You

We dont need a polished corporate CV. Were after someone whos agile hungry to learn and thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth environment. Youre a people person through and through confident chatting with gym owners fitness coaches and studio managers in a relaxed downtoearth tone.


MustHave Skills

  • Youre persistent proactive and up for the challenge of turning cold leads into raving fans.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills you genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making things happen

  • Highly organised and able to manage lots of moving parts (and people) at once

  • Tenacious youre not afraid of cold calling following up and pushing through rejections

  • Quick to adapt when plans change because they will

  • Excellent written and spoken English (especially in a casual friendly tone)

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership


Great to Have

  • Previous experience in sales partnerships events or account management

  • Knowledge or interest in the CrossFit Hyrox or functional fitness space

  • Experience working in a startup or fastmoving environment

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Notion or Google Sheets
