Job Description

Shift: No fixed schedule/Shifting

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu Business Park Cebu City)

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in a contact center environment leading sales agents
At least college level education
Must have Sales Revenue as the major metric/KPI
With a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance
Excellent English communication skills
