Job Description
COMPANY NAME: STAFFVIRTUAL
OVERVIEW: We are looking for a PartTime Accounting Clerk or Accounting Intern to provide muchneeded support to our growing Accounting team. This role will mainly handle clerical and basic bookkeeping tasks to help the team stay organized and efficient. Its a great opportunity for students or parttime workers looking to gain practical experience in a realworld finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with filing organizing and sorting finance documents
Encode and prepare basic accounting data or journal entries
Help process employee reimbursements and liquidations
Support in updating records and tracking transactions
Assist with manual bookkeeping entries (e.g. General Journal Sales Journal etc.)
Help in recording invoices and receipts
Run financerelated errands such as updating the bank passbook or delivering documents
Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Open to college students currently studying Accountancy Finance or related courses OR individuals seeking parttime clerical work
Basic understanding of accounting principles; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Willing to do clerical and support tasks (e.g. filing encoding errands)
Trustworthy detailoriented and eager to learn
Willing to report onsite/hybrid (Cebu office) if needed
