About the Role
We are looking for a driven and technically savvy Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customerfacing sales support. You ll be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations guiding clients through onboarding and implementation and performing technical assessments using internal tools. If youre a strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and enjoys working handson with both clients and internal teams we d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
PreSales & Demonstrations
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct product demonstrations that highlight features benefits and value
Clearly explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
Provide excellent support during the presales phase to ensure a smooth experience
Client Onboarding & Implementation
Assist new clients in setting up and integrating our solutions
Troubleshoot issues and offer timely resolutions during implementation
Maintain alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams
Risk Assessments & Technical Support
Perform technical risk assessments using internal tools
Stay up to date on our tech stack and industry trends
Provide feedback and updates to internal teams to support continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a technical or IT support role
Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on technology and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills especially when explaining technical topics to nontechnical audiences
Experience working in a clientfacing environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in sales engineering is a plus but not required
