This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating website content (banners hero images promotional assets)
- Designing and deploying 3 5 EDMs (electronic direct mail) per week
- Supporting retail campaigns with instore signage and digital updates
- Managing digital catalogue content and layout updates
- Assisting with social media visuals promotional graphics and campaign assets
- Ensuring consistency in brand look feel and messaging
- Taking ownership of routine marketing tasks and delivering them on time
- Proactively contributing ideas for creative and process improvements
- Working collaboratively across Australian and global team members
Requirements
- Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop InDesign Illustrator (musthave)
- Strong visual design skills and eye for layout alignment and detail
- Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with website content management (WordPress Magento etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML for email and web content edits
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently while collaborating across time sones
- Organised reliable and deadlinedriven
- Open to feedback growthoriented and eager to add value

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field required. 2+ years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM, with proven experience in data handling, tagging, and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities, able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
