Job Description
- Provide technical support for video transmission equipment data optical and network communication systems.
- Perform installation and maintenance of video transmission equipment (video cameras audio/video cards cabling etc.) in accordance with specified procedures.
- Install administer and troubleshoot computers (laptops) hardware etc. as requested by management.
- Monitor information systems diagnose problems and resolve them immediately informing the line manager of work performed and completion times.
- Respond to internal user calls and troubleshooting as well as diagnose and resolve software problems.
- Monitor server connections diagnose and resolve problems or organize problem aversion.
Qualifications :
- Professional technician in Electronics or Computers.
- 02 years of experience as Technical Support.
- Intermediate English Skills
- Installation and troubleshooting of software related to Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of administrative networks.
- Availability for onsite work and rotating schedules.
