Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Retail Salesperson to join our team in Palmerston North New Zealand. In this role you will have the opportunity to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the success of our retail operations.
- Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for selling our extensive range of tech and entertainment products
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing environment
- Assist with stock management merchandising and other operational tasks as required
Qualifications :
- Proven retail experience in highachieving teams with a track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Passion for sales and meeting targets with a resultsdriven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Sound organisational skills and attention to detail
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings (if required)
- Knowledge of the latest tech and entertainment products (desirable)
