Job Description
What you will be doing
As a Whiteware Specialist you will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers. Working in an exclusive environment and specialising in cooktops ovens rangehoods and kitchen whiteware you will work closely with your customers promoting and selling the worlds leading cooking and whiteware brands providing them with specialist advice and high value solutions. Being able to build and maintain relationships with customers is key as some days you may be selling package deals to a customer renovating or building a house or to tradesmen and businesses. The Whiteware Specialists will also offer instore demonstrations creating interactive experiences while showcasing the features and benefits of the latest products.
Hours of work are:
- Monday: 9 hours
- Tuesday: 9 hours
- Wednesday: 9 hours
- Thursday: 9 hours
- Sunday: 7 hours
Qualifications :
Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role we are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a sales lead environment. You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and spot and secure potential sales opportunities.
Knowledge of various kitchenware and whiteware is beneficial as is industry knowledge and a passion for selling and building relationships with customers.
Above all we are looking for someone who knows what it takes to deliver polished customer service and will go the extra mile to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.
