Job Description
How youll make a difference:
- Manage projects from setup through to close out of delivery. Including developing and managing project budgets resourcing and ensuring quality control processes are followed.
- Provide design guidance and mentoring to help deliver projects and develop the team.
- Undertake clientfacing roles on projects providing project updates understanding clients concerns and address any project issues.
- Support the preparation of proposals and business development activities.

- A bachelors degree in civil engineering with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status (or working towards it).
- Proven experience in leading small to mediumsized projects ideally within consulting or government sectors.
- Familiarity with Geometric design tools such as OpenRoads or Civil 3D (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of transport design and construction quality assurance processes.
