Job Description

How youll make a difference:

  • Manage projects from setup through to close out of delivery. Including developing and managing project budgets resourcing and ensuring quality control processes are followed.
  • Provide design guidance and mentoring to help deliver projects and develop the team.
  • Undertake clientfacing roles on projects providing project updates understanding clients concerns and address any project issues.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and business development activities.

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired but if you dont tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply all applications will be considered. 

  • A bachelors degree in civil engineering with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status (or working towards it).
  • Proven experience in leading small to mediumsized projects ideally within consulting or government sectors.
  • Familiarity with Geometric design tools such as OpenRoads or Civil 3D (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of transport design and construction quality assurance processes.
