Job Description
Progress OpenEdge (4GL) Developer
2 5 years of handson experience in Progress 4GL / OpenEdge / ABL development.
Solid understanding of OpenEdge database concepts.
Proficient in Java Web Services and Java XML technologies (XML XSL FO JAXP JAXB).
Experience working with PAS (Progress Application Server).
Strong knowledge of XML JSON Datasets Dynamic Objects and REST APIs.
Experience with CHUI/GUI development in clientserver environments.
Ability to independently gather and analyze business requirements.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in requirement analysis system design development and production support.
Working knowledge of any objectoriented programming language (e.g. Java C# Python).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
