Our client is a consulting firm providing HR and outsourcing services. They are looking to employ a General Manager to lead tehir team and drive growth. This is a multifaceted role that requires a strong understanding of sales marketing human resources and operations as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Oversee sales team performance providing coaching and guidance to maximize individual and team productivity.
- Manage marketing initiatives including branding content creation digital marketing and public relations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Human Resources:
- Lead the recruitment onboarding and training of new employees.
- Manage employee performance providing feedback and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Operations:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial stability and profitability.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
Leadership & Management:
- Inspire and motivate a team of individuals to achieve shared goals.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including employees clients and stakeholders.
- Make strategic decisions that align with the companys overall vision and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of sales marketing HR and operations principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
