Job Description

Our client is a consulting firm providing HR and outsourcing services. They are looking to employ a General Manager to lead tehir team and drive growth. This is a multifaceted role that requires a strong understanding of sales marketing human resources and operations as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Oversee sales team performance providing coaching and guidance to maximize individual and team productivity.
  • Manage marketing initiatives including branding content creation digital marketing and public relations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Human Resources:
  • Lead the recruitment onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Manage employee performance providing feedback and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Operations:
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Leadership & Management:
  • Inspire and motivate a team of individuals to achieve shared goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including employees clients and stakeholders.
  • Make strategic decisions that align with the companys overall vision and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of sales marketing HR and operations principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
