Our client an energy/energy infrastructure company seeks to employ an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs identify workforce gaps and plan for succession.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with longterm organizational goals focusing on talent acquisition development and retention.
- Serve as the key HR advisor to senior leaders providing datadriven insights and recommendations on organizational design performance management and leadership development.
- Assist in driving change management initiatives that support a highperforming work culture.
- Partner with business leaders to identify highpotential employees and create tailored development plans.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement career growth and leadership capabilities within the business unit.
- Drive the performance management process ensuring that employees receive regular feedback have clear performance goals and are assessed fairly.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in dealing with performance issues.
- Leverage HR analytics to track key workforce metrics identify trends and inform decisionmaking.
- Provide insights on turnover employee engagement and workforce productivity to influence business strategy.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives including restructuring cultural transformation and process improvements.
- Act as a change agent ensuring smooth transitions and sustained business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field; master s degree preferred.
- 7 proven experience in HR management preferably within the power infrastructure or renewables sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Physical sciences, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. Must have an NYSC certificate. 4+ years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in a sales coordination role within the production chemicals industry, with a focus on drilling fluids. Strong technical knowledge of drilling fluids and their applications
