This includes managing VoIP systems such as FreeSWITCH OpenSIPS and Kamailio handling SIP trunk configurations and ensuring backend stability for reliable highquality calls.
The ideal candidate is not only a handson engineer but also a strong collaborator who thrives on solving complex infrastructure problems improving uptime and ensuring performance. If that sounds like you we d love to meet you.
Build and maintain secure scalable SIP server configurations (IVRs routing rules extensions call queues)
Collaborate with Operations and Growth teams on CRM and call center tool integrations
Implement secure call handling through SIP authentication encryption and compliance standards
Contribute to costeffective international routing strategies and billing systems
Process & Documentation Ensuring infrastructure documentation is always current and clear
Strong skills in documentation incident management and crossfunctional communication
Be part of the team shaping how African SMEs communicate
Work Style: Hybrid (2 office days per week)
