Job Summary:
Our client seeks a dynamic resultsoriented Sales Manager who will harness the power of AI and advanced analytics to lead its sales operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales strategy datadriven decisionmaking and customer relationship management within the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides insights on market trends client behaviors emerging technologies and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement AIenhanced sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Identify target and secure new business opportunities across the oil & gas value chain (upstream midstream downstream).
- Leverage AIdriven analytics to monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients EPC contractors and industry stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development tender submissions and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with client needs.
- Track market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts pipelines and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor a highperforming sales team ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
Key Requirement
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Petroleum or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification in AI/Data Science is a plus.
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in sales within the oil & gas sector.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM platforms to drive sales performance.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas workflows and operational challenges.
- Knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning predictive analytics and digital twins.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot) and AIintegrated platforms.
