Job Description

Our client is a leading firm operating in the Oil and gas sector. In continuation of its expansion and growth the company is seeking a dynamic individual as the Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

Our client seeks a dynamic resultsoriented Sales Manager who will harness the power of AI and advanced analytics to lead its sales operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales strategy datadriven decisionmaking and customer relationship management within the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides insights on market trends client behaviors emerging technologies and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement AIenhanced sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
  • Identify target and secure new business opportunities across the oil & gas value chain (upstream midstream downstream).
  • Leverage AIdriven analytics to monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients EPC contractors and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal development tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Track market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts pipelines and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a highperforming sales team ensuring KPIs and targets are met.

Key Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Petroleum or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification in AI/Data Science is a plus.
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven experience in sales within the oil & gas sector.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM platforms to drive sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of oil & gas workflows and operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning predictive analytics and digital twins.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot) and AIintegrated platforms.
