Job Description
Our Client
Our client a property development company seeks to employ a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise project teams including architects engineers contractors and consultants. Ensure clear communication collaboration and task delegation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets. Lead and manage all phases of property development from initial design and planning to project completion and handover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients contractors and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts change orders and progress reports. Provide management with regular updates on project status milestones and challenges.
- Ensure that all projects meet industry standards legal requirements and company quality standards. Oversee inspections and approvals at each phase.
- Monitor and control project budgets ensuring that all expenditures align with the approved budget. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
- Identify analyze and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines costs or quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Real Estate Development or related field. PMP PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management specifically within property development construction or real estate.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera AutoCAD) and knowledge of relevant building codes regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to interpret complex data budgets and project schedules. Detailoriented with a commitment to quality.
