Job Description

Our Client
Our client a highend luxury company seeks to employ a VIP Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead a team dedicated to serving affluent customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives to attract and retain VIP customers.
  • Ensure service excellence is maintained and enhanced.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at various events and meetings with clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports using Excel PowerPoint and other tools


Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive experience in luxury sales and handling affluent clients.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data interpretation through charts and graphs.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Field sales experience is essential.
  • Backgrounds from affluent banking private banking investment banking insurance select FMCGs and hotels are highly valued.
