Job Description
- Oversee and lead a team dedicated to serving affluent customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract and retain VIP customers.
- Ensure service excellence is maintained and enhanced.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Represent the company at various events and meetings with clients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports using Excel PowerPoint and other tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of work experience with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in luxury sales and handling affluent clients.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data interpretation through charts and graphs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Field sales experience is essential.
- Backgrounds from affluent banking private banking investment banking insurance select FMCGs and hotels are highly valued.
