Experience:
34 years: Experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability and build relationships and problem solving. Proven sales track record in the financial services industry. Experience in developing campaign solutions through the use of insights. Knowledge of the banks products services and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate findings of rootcause analysis to relevant stakeholders and recommends solutions or recommendations.
- Conduct a financial needs analysis with all new and existing clients to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet their needs and priorities.
- Identify alternative solutions in order to meet client demand whilst still meeting the banks profitability risk and compliance requirements and aiming for a winwin situation for both client and the bank. Need to resolve requests in such a manner as not to harm the relationship (even when declining deals).
- Maintain entrench and grow each client relationship and manages the risk per client to ensure consistent growth in portfolio and returns to the bank.
- Educate clients with regards to lending application processes (e.g. vehicle finance home loans overdraft credit card personal loans cash etc.) credit maintenance processes (e.g. annual reviews) and account conduct expectations (e.g. minimum account balances provision for debit orders and cheque payments etc.).
