Job Description

1. Strategic Account Development

  • Architect and drive strategic account plans for highimpact clients including key government bodies and enterprise players in regulated sectors.

  • Build dynamic stakeholder maps and engagement strategies to influence key decisionmakers and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.

2. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Partner with Business Unit Heads and executive leadership to design gotomarket strategies targeting whitespace and expansion within existing strategic accounts.

  • Unlock crosssell and upsell potential by aligning nextgen solutions AI cloud and digital infrastructure with evolving client needs.

  • Lead deal execution endtoend from solution scoping and bid strategy to contract negotiation and deal closure ensuring commercial value and scalability.

3. Industry Intelligence & Innovation Positioning

  • Continuously monitor and analyze developments across the broadcast OTT and media tech landscapes especially within Malaysia s telco and digital media sectors.

  • Leverage insights to shape solution offerings and ensure value propositions remain differentiated and forwardlooking.

  • Evangelize disruptive technologies that enable clients to digitize workflows streamline content distribution and unlock new monetization channels.

4. Stakeholder Influence & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with CXOs policymakers and technical influencers across the public sector and regulated industries.

  • Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems and policy environments to identify joint innovation opportunities and publicprivate collaboration pathways.

  • Represent the company at seniorlevel engagements regulatory forums and industry roundtables positioning the brand as a thought leader in digital transformation.



Requirements


  • Holds a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering Information Technology or a related technical field. Additional certifications in cloud digital transformation or enterprise solutions are advantageous.

  • Brings a minimum of 5 years of proven success in strategic sales business development or account management within hightech industries particularly in broadcasting media telecommunications or enterprise technology.

  • Confident in leading complex B2B and public sector sales engagements with a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder dynamics.

  • Articulate persuasive and professional excelling in English communication executive presentations and highstakes negotiations. Known for operating with credibility poise and commercial integrity.

  • Deep familiarity with the broadcast telco and digital media ecosystems including infrastructure workflows and market trends.

  • Strong grasp of emerging technologies such as AI cloud computing and media digitization with the ability to translate tech capabilities into clear business value.

  • Adept at bridging the gap between technical teams and business decisionmakers to drive alignment and solution adoption.

  • Demonstrates exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with a proven ability to engage senior executives public sector leaders and key influencers.

  • Experienced in navigating government procurement processes policy frameworks and complex stakeholder environments to drive longterm partnerships.

  • Collaborative and influential capable of orchestrating internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

  • A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset capable of developing and executing targeted account plans that drive revenue growth and longterm value.

  • Resultsoriented and highly motivated with a passion for technologydriven transformation and customer success.

  • Brings a balanced approach to sales execution customer advocacy and longterm relationship development.
