Support the organization within every area of facilities maintenance and maintain and sustain the mall facilities from time to time.

1. Maintenance of building & structure electrical and mechanical system such as; Air Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation Elevator Escalator FireFighting installation Hoisting Natural Gas PA System CCTV System Card Access System Sewage PreTreatment Plant Grease Trap Pump Water Fountain Sump Pit Floor Roof Walls Signage Plumbing and BMS.
2. Carry out corrective preventive and predictive maintenance.
3. Carry out inspection testing and maintenance using ITM checklist.
4. Attend on Tenants complaint.
5. Assist or support Supervisor and Senior Supervisor in the daily operation.
6. Perform on daily/weekly/monthly checklist inspection on Yardi.
7. Perform and monitor the Work order / Job request management.
8. Asset tagging.
9. Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
10. Electrical Working at Height Hot Work and Confined Space Entry safety awareness/ prevention. 
11. 5S.
12. Green building and energy efficiency projects.

Qualifications :

• MLVK / SKM / Certificate or Diploma in Electrical /  Mechanical / Civil / Air Conditioning / Building or  Mechatronic.
• Chargeman Wireman or CIDB Certificate. (will be added advantage)
• 1 to 3 Years Relevant Experience.

• Effective communication skills: FM technicians must communicate effectively with team members supervisors and clients to coordinate maintenance activities provide updates and report issues.
• Ability to work independently: FM technicians should be able to work independently making decisions and solving problems on the job site.
• Flexibility and adaptability: FM technicians must be flexible and adaptable to work in different environments handle multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities.
