Job Description
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer you will be a critical contributor to our backend systems focusing on robust and scalable solutions. This role demands high proficiency in and significant experience with identity management systems to build secure and highperformance applications. You will play a key part in designing developing and maintaining the core services that power our products.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy highly scalable and reliable backend services using .
Lead the integration and management of identity solutions (e.g. Okta Active Directory) to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
Architect and implement APIs and microservices to support various client applications.
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers product managers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Optimize application performance security and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the backend stack.
Qualifications :
High proficiency and extensive experience in backend development with .
Demonstrated experience with identity management systems including Okta and Active Directory.
Strong understanding of API design principles (RESTful GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Strong problemsolving debugging and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information :
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico (working from home within Mexico office wont be mandatory all the time rather it will required from time to time).
