The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy Turkey Greece Middle East Africa and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45 countries our hub is extremely diverse (25 nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.
The Position
The PVH HR team are a group of focused forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding Associate experience. Working at pace the HR Business Partnering team will be the key partner between HR and our business enabling future commercial success through our greatest asset our people.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively diagnoses Retail business issues and goals turning these into an HR Plan aligned with the business strategy.
Leads provides insights and advices in the people aspects of organisational change and transition recommending and implementing process improvements.
Regular business travel to the stores to perform onsite surveys assess store performance and ensure alignment with company standards.
Ensure timely management of administrative HR processes and procedures by tracking monthly employmentrelated deadlines and keeping employee records (such as hires terminations contract updates role and compensation changes etc.) accurately updated in the HR system (Workday).
Provide support in all the daily activities related to employees lifecycle events in the Company (hiring onboarding and people management).
Develops forward thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies.
Stay informed about current labor laws and human resources best practices.
About YOU
Ideally Master in Human Resources Management or related fields.
5 years of HR experience in a HR Business Partner role preferably in a multinational and structured companies with focus on Retail
Fluency in English is a must
Youll be flexible to travel across Italy to visit the stores within your responsibility.
Youll be comfortable in a fast paced environment and familiar operating in a matrixed HR Business Partnering model adapting fast to the needs of the business and relationships in the wider HR Team
Youll take ownership by focusing on execution and results establishing high standards of performance setting goals and developing plans following through and holding people accountable for results.
Be an HR expert and understand all avenues of HR and know when to leverage the expertise of CoEs
