Job Description
At The St. Regis Rome we are looking a for a Front Desk Trainee.
The candidate with strong interest in the hospitality world will have the opportunity to support the Front office team in:
Knowledge of the departments Hotel and overview of other operating departments in close contact with the front desk;
Operational procedures and standards related to the front desk department
During the internship period the resource will be involved in classroom training moments related to company refreshments and all those training programs that will involve the department which will be planned according to availability and need without neglecting the aspect related to mandatory training regarding safety in the workplace and management of data subject to privacy.
