Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the printing packaging or publishing sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry processes and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture longterm relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency ensuring satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions providing regular reports to management



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer relationship management preferably within the printing packaging or publishing industry.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
