Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture longterm relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Issue Resolution: Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency ensuring satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions providing regular reports to management
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer relationship management preferably within the printing packaging or publishing industry.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
