Manage eLMS as STC and ensure sitewide implementation.
Conduct departmental induction and mandatory trainings.
Facilitate induction for new joiners before job deployment.
Maintain centralized training database (manual/electronic).
Review training records as per role curricula for job release.
Coordinate role curriculum preparation and periodic revisions.
Ensure training completion for new/revised SOPs.
Implement TNI and prepare Annual Training Plan (ATP).
Execute and update records for mandatory technical EHS and HR trainings.
2. CrossFunctional Coordination
Coordinate with site teams for training activities.
Maintain SME/Trainer lists.
Support unplanned training needs (quality events).
Coordinate corporate/global SOP training programs.
Drive SME knowledgesharing initiatives across sites.
3. Audit & Compliance
Conduct training effectiveness evaluations.
Evaluate operators/supervisors as per SOPs.
Ensure annual GMP training for GxP contractors.
Support audit responses CAPA and change control comments.
Represent training system to auditors/inspectors.
Prepare MIS reports dashboards and conduct compliance meetings.
Coordinate with DTCs HODs and corporate leads for training needs.
4. Budget Management
Track and plan training budget process payments for trainings.
5. Additional Tasks
Verify documentation waste before disposal.
Perform other duties as assigned posttraining.
