The CES is the primary point of contact for all the consultants throughout their assignment with Innova. Key responsibilities include:
- Collect review and validate complete and accurate consultant assignment data for hiring purposes.
- Update project and systems with consultant and assignment details.
- Track and resolve all open issues for consultants and stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with all parties.
- Respond promptly to consultant inquiries and collaborate with relevant teams to address concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants to foster strong relationships and engagement.
- Facilitate collaboration between consultants the sales team billing Payroll and different internal functions for smooth data management.
- Monitor engagement end dates to identify opportunities for extensions or redeployment.
