Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute robust merchandising strategies that align with brand vision and market demands.
Analyze sales trends customer behavior and product performance to make informed buying and stock decisions.
Collaborate with design production and marketing teams for new launches and instore promotions.
Maintain optimal inventory management ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
Set high standards for visual merchandising to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
Track competitor activity and make proactive recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.
Generate regular reports on sales stock movement and consumer insights for leadership review.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years experience in jewellery or luxury retail merchandising.
Strong understanding of customer preferences seasonal trends and market shifts.
Excellent analytical organizational and negotiation skills.
A keen eye for design product curation and stock planning.
Willingness to relocate to Ratlam or Indore (accommodation provided).
