Title : Principal Engineer Design Enablement Methodology (RFIC).

Summary of Role:
Creation of Design Methodology Reference flow solutions for a wide variety of Technology nodes focused on silicon technologies. Enable flows to reduce the customer barrier to technology adoption.
Your Job:
- Create design methodology solutions for a wide variety of Technology nodes.
- Develop ADK / 3DIC / digital / analog / automotive design enablement collateral to help the Companys customers adopt the most advanced silicon technologies.
- Generate design margins through spice simulations and standard cells characterization.
- Develop methodology guidelines and techniques for design of circuits in various domains e.g. digital analog RF photonic mmWave
- Write scripts to parse reports create CSV files and update database tables.
- Apply machine learning techniques to predict various design outcomes using the data in the database.
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Experience Relevant industry experience in Design flows methodology development.
- Skills java coding and/or genAI interest/coursework
- Project management skills i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
