Mission Statement:
Technical Project Engineering focuses on a range of engineering disciplines e.g. electrical mechanical chemical civil structural automation and software engineering. The activities associated with project engineering include: discipline engineering and design; planning risk assessments; coordination of resources (personnel and equipment).
Your responsibilities:
- Selecting and prescribing the appropriate ratings (power voltage current) of the equipment
- Develop power supply system architecture sizing calculations for Substation & Traction Power Supply system
- Attend discussions with customers & internal stakeholders. Perform site visits as and when required.
- Technical vetting of the Equipements offered as per project requirement & its compliance to local Grid Requirements.
- Preparation of Tender stage Single Line Diagram Layouts and Bill of Quantities for Estimation Purpose.
- Complete Execution stage Engineering in coordination with project Manager Supply Chain Management & other internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for complete Electrical Engineering for Substation including but not limited to preparation of Single Line Diagram Layout Plan & Sections and all related drawings such as Erection Key Diagram Lighting Protection Layout Cable Trench Layout Earthing Layout.
- Responsible for carry out various sizing calculations on substation design: Instrument Transformer sizing Short Circuit Force calculation Sag tension calculation DSLP calculation Earthing Calculation HT & LT cable sizing calculation illumination design battery & charger sizing relay setting calculation etc.
- Technical Coordination with equipment vendors & package vendors review of vendor drawings its submission towards customer complete upto approval & release of Manufacturing clearance.
- Coordination with Civil & Structure Team for related Engineering.
- Tender stage Engineering involving review of specifications preparation of prebid queries & tender stage drawings and Bill of Material.

Your background:
- Candidate should have a Bachelors / Masters degree in electrical engineering with minimum 810 years of relevant work experience. If working in the domain of EMobility /Traction Application shall be an added advantage.
- Software skills: Proficiency in Auto CAD Revit BIM CDEG & Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
