You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring a proactive ambitious and highperforming Executive Assistant to CEO Founder s Office to work directly with the Founder & CEO across all ventures strategic initiatives and business functions.
This is not just a traditional administrative role it s a highimpact highvisibility position at the heart of our leadership engine. You will act as a strategic enabler and execution partner for the CEO helping drive key decisions managing complex projects and ensuring smooth operations across departments including strategy marketing finance operations HR and client relations.

Drive and manage strategic initiatives across the CEO s portfolio of companies and ventures.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to execute highpriority projects.
Track KPIs business metrics and OKRs and provide timely reporting and insights for decisionmaking.
Prepare business documentation decks investor reports and project trackers.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams clients partners and vendors.
Manage highlevel communication emails calls followups and meetings with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Draft review and edit business correspondence pitch decks and presentations.
Manage the CEO s calendar prioritize schedules and coordinate appointments with multiple stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate internal meetings client discussions and strategic brainstorming sessions.
Support the CEO s participation in industry events media appearances and travel planning.
Handle confidential data contracts and financial documentation with integrity and accuracy.
Oversee activities related to digital marketing campaigns team management sales coordination and vendor management.
Support recruitment onboarding and internal team operations in coordination with HR and leadership.
Plan and coordinate travel schedules bookings itineraries and expenses for the CEO and occasionally other key team members.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant Business Analyst or Strategic Associate. Startup or consulting background preferred.
Education
MBA / BBA or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields
