About the Role:
As an Installation & maintenance Lead the person will be responsible for the
end to end project management with expertise in electrical electronics background
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising daily work for O&M by Technician / Install Vendors.
- Execution of Daily planned Install and O&M activities.
- Provide technical Support to site team for technical issues.
- Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and client complains.
- Evaluating the performance of employees and organize trainings.
- Prepare daily weekly and Monthly reports.
- Coordinate and manage Contractor for resource and tools availability.
- Ensure all site execution must be done in compliance with Company safety standards.
- Manage and resolve all project installation and operational issues with the team and work closely with them to ensure completion of the task in defined timelines
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Overall 68 years experience and 35 year of relevant supervision for Installation & Maintenance work of electrical system.
Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to work in fastpaced technical cross functional environment
- Team Oriented. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Energy Power Operations.
- Knowledge of communication systems.
- Must have handson for MS Office.
Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set:
- Ability to travel as and when required.
- Rootcause problem solving skills and a datadriven decision mindset
- Good knowledge about electrical instruments and engineering principles
- Excellent on Customer Communication.
- Team Building & Management.
