Job Description
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Mithakhali Ahmedabad
Salary: 20000 per month
Experience Required: 1–3 years preferred ( Fresher can also apply)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills basic English proficiency and good working knowledge of Excel Word and other basic computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor employee attendance records and leave registers.

Handle petty cash – record manage and reconcile expenses.

Assist with daytoday payments and basic accounting entries.

Maintain records and documentation in a systematic manner.

Prepare and format basic reports using MS Excel and Word.

Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.

Handle office coordination tasks and communicate with vendors when required.

Support in filing data entry and other clerical work.
Requirements:

Minimum graduate with relevant admin experience.

Basic English reading and writing skills.
-
Good computer proficiency – especially in MS Excel and MS Word.

Ability to manage time and work independently.
-
Trustworthy organized and detailoriented.
