Job Description
Experience: 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolvesupport ticketsrelated to intermodal application behavior
- Performroot cause analysison issues across Perl Java and MySQL components
- SupportEDI workflows including AS2based file transfers and Sterling Integrator mappings
- Support Frontend developed inKendo UI
- Collaborate with internal QA Tableau and data teams to validate and resolve issues
- Participate in KTLO (Keep The Lights On) support activitiesno new feature development
- Ensure application stability onRed Hat Linux serverswith Apache and Cron job monitoring
- Maintain documentation and contribute to SOPs and triage playbooks
- Assist with log analysis replication monitoring and job execution health
Technical Requirements:
Strong experience in:
Perl scripting (for legacy logic and batch jobs)
Java (Spring) applications (backend services)
MySQL (queries debugging replication)
Kendo UI
Familiarity with:
Linux (Red Hat preferred)
Apache Web Server
EDI
Shell Scripting
Sterling Integrator
Nice to Have:
Experience in logistics supply chain or freight management systems
Familiarity withJIRAServiceNow andActive Directory (AD)
Basic understanding ofTableau dashboards
Comfort working in onprem environments (not cloudnative)
Comfortable navigating log files interpreting stack traces and debugging live issues
