Senior Business Analyst Retail & Technology Focus
Are you the translator between business needs and technical solutions We re hiring a sharp and savvy Business Analyst to join our technology project team. This role is perfect for someone who s obsessed with clarity champions collaboration and knows how to turn complexity into simplicity.
What You ll Be Doing:
Dive deep into business requirements documenting every detail and edge case
Facilitate workshops to map current and future state processes
Liaise with IT and business stakeholders to design practical scalable solutions
Support UAT by guiding users through test scenarios and capturing feedback
Maintain clear documentation on workflows systems and process changes
Contribute to the innovation of business applications like ERP and eCommerce platforms
Manage Implementation of ERP System and other change management
What You ll Bring:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or fastmoving commercial environment
Technical proficiency with tools like Power BI SQL or Excel
Strong grasp of process mapping stakeholder engagement and data storytelling
Experience with retail systems (ERP POS eComm platforms)
A degree in Business IT or similar
Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Stakeholders
Ability to implement change analysing supporting elements and reporting on recurring issues with internal/external providers
