Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Professional management of a small team serial change specialists (Part time)
Coordinating tasks within the scope of setting objectives and assigning task. Supporting employees by daily work.
Serve as a specialist and in the Change Management Process and Tools for all parts in platform/customer and series projects
Manage all Engineering changes for Series and PreSeries aligning with Project PurchasingProject Leaders Platform/Customer projects
Possess a fundamental understanding of part technical requirements manufacturing processes cost calculations RPP and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).
Oversee the Engineering changes and Ratio Project Planning responsibilities distributed by Part Families.
Responsible for part management from the Series phase through to the end of life regarding change management for both BOSCH
and Suppliers.
Interface directly with key stakeholders including Engineering Commercial Purchasing Product Quality Suppliers Project Purchasing Project Leaders and Project managers.
Ensure alignment and coordination for Global ECRs.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you
Extended experience in project purchasing and/or project management in an automotive environment
Experience in simultaneous engineering
Profound knowledge in cost analysis approaches
Experience in value stream analysis of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of preventive quality management in the field of automotive industry
Know how / experience in development and execution of product driven commodity strategies for purchased parts
