As a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Engineer your role will include:
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and Data Analysts to gather client requirements and transform data into actionable insights
- Designing building and maintaining Dimension and Fact tables ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Creating and managing data interfaces including dashboards data visualizations adhoc reports and querying tools for endusers
- Quickly understanding and adapting to business objects across different sectors and ensuring the smooth integration of these into business intelligence solutions
- Supporting the continuous improvement of data management processes and ensuring data accuracy consistency and reliability
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- A degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- At least 2 years of solid experience in the IT sector with a proven track record in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Engineering
- Proficiency in PL/SQL Data Mining Data Visualization Oracle BI Presentation Service SQL queries Data Transformation Data Modeling Oracle Database and Business Intelligence concepts
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher ETL processes Data Integration and Oracle BI Scheduler
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytic Server and experience using the Oracle BI Administration Tool (RPD) for modeling will be a distinct advantage
- A strong understanding of business objects particularly in industries like healthcare (e.g. Patients Clinics Operating Theaters Admissions Discharges) will be a bonus
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills an ability to collaborate effectively and a problemsolving mindset
