Your Role:
In this dynamic position you will:

Engage with subscribers via chat and phone

Provide guidance on payments and subscription management

Help resolve streaming or contentrelated issues

Assist users in navigating the platform and making the most of its features
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Swedish and good English communication skills (B2 level)

Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities

Basic tech knowledge and comfort using computers

Prior experience in customer service is a plus
