Job Description

Are you a French speaker currently living in Greece and looking for a remote opportunity We are hiring immediately for a customer support role with full training and equipment provided.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote (must be based in Greece)

Start Date: Immediate

Language Requirements: Fluent in French (B2/C1) basic English

Contract Type: Fulltime permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Provide highquality customer service in French via phone email and chat

Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and accurately

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company standards

Candidate Profile:

You reside in Greece (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication in French

Good problemsolving and multitasking skills

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
