Resource Analyst Salary circa 35000
Our Insurance Wealth & Retirement (IWR) CIO Practice and Resource team are responsible for supplying projects with the right people in the right place at the right time and with the right skills and behaviours to support Avivas strategic goals.
Were looking for someone who is motivated tenacious and innovative to provide day to day support for the Resource Lead; including data management analysis reporting systems management and much more.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain a breadth of exposure in IWR Change and CIO.
A bit about the job:
This is a pivotal role in ensuring IWR CIO operates efficiently and delivers the exciting IWR strategy. Youll be a key person in the IWR CIO Practice & Resource team owning and oversighting data quality extraction and interpretation from our resource capture tools. Youll enable us to respond to various stakeholder queries at varying levels with confidence precision and speed.
A key aspect of this role will be supporting resource data analysis and reporting attending resource forums and supporting Strategic Workforce planning. Youll also be supporting our technical platform teams in meeting their resource needs and embedding best practice.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Strong Excel / data analysis skills are essential partnered with the ability to produce quality data outputs to underpin data driven decisions.
- A confident communicator happy to engage with internal and external stakeholders and comfortable with group presentations across all levels.
- Youll be organised and comfortable prioritising your workload able to navigate ambiguity and able to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident with Microsoft Office 365 applications (including Teams).
- Experience of working in a change environment and/or use of Planview would be beneficial.

- Starting salary circa 35000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
