Job Title: Remote surveyor for windows and doors

Location: London and surrounding areas

Job Overview:

An experienced Surveyor is required to carry out technical site surveys and produce detailed schedules and CAD

drawings to support the manufacturing process for bespoke wooden windows and doors. This role involves

working closely with clients architects and builders to ensure precise measurements and installation

specifications. The position requires strong attention to detail technical proficiency and effective communication

skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive site surveys for window and door installations to a high standard.

Collaborate with the Installation Manager to provide technical and logistical support.

Liaise directly with clients and relevant stakeholders to confirm project specifications.

Ensure all proposed installations meet building regulations and industry best practices.

Crosscheck order details with survey results for accuracy and completeness.

Assist in planning and scheduling installation work for efficiency and quality.

Confirm fitting times and coordinate logistics with installation teams.

Contribute to the scheduling and procurement of required materials.

Support and guide installation teams through briefings and onsite assistance.

Respond to technical queries and client inquiries by phone and email.

Provide onsite problemsolving and technical training where needed.

Manage larger installation projects from survey to completion.

Performance Standards:

Maintain high accuracy in survey data and documentation with minimal errors.

Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Foster positive client relationships through clear communication and professionalism.

Demonstrate reliability efficiency and proactive task completion.

Location:

Primarily based in and around London with some work from home and occasional visits to Essexbased offices.

Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Bonus structure and company vehicle provided.
