What youll be doing

Reporting directly to the Claims Analytics Business Partner youll:

• Support and deputise for the Claims Analytics Business Partner ensuring senior stakeholders have the insights and intelligence needed to assess claims performance and guide key decisions

• Work closely with the wider Claims Leadership Team to understand performance drivers and link them to operational and indemnity outcomes

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear actionable insights for key areas including Category Actuarial Finance Claims Operations Pricing and Underwriting

• Lead forums to review challenge and enhance claims performance with the Claims Exec and Senior Leadership Teams

• Design and implement fitforpurpose reporting with Claims Operational Management focusing on relevant accurate and commercially aligned KPIs

• Continuously improve the quality and value of management information delivered to the business

• Educate stakeholders on MI capabilities helping to shape and refine data requests

• Take a creative problemsolving approach to data mining and manipulation using innovative methods to deliver impactful outcomes

Our hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. When youll be in the office depends on your role and team but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.

What youll need

• Experience analysing large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights

• Proficiency in SQL and SAS for data extraction manipulation and analysis

• Previous experience in a Financial Services analysis role ideally within Claims or Insurance
