We Are Looking For

The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the storage distribution and management of materials equipment and products. The job requires the individual to follow strict safety and quality regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

What Youll Do

• Receive sort and organize shipments of materials
• Inspect incoming materials for compliance with regulations and specifications
• Record shipment details and update inventory systems
• Store and secure materials in appropriate locations
• Select and pick items for dispatch to customers or production areas
• Pack label and prepare items for shipping
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks or hoists
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse logistics or manufacturing setting
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift carry and move heavy items
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
