Part of the LSL group of companies Chartered Surveyors is one of the countrys largest providers of residential property risk expertise and surveying services.To put it into numbers we complete one mortgage valuation every twentyfive seconds and its our incredible team of Valuation Survey Coordinators (VSCs) who keep our surveyors diaries full.
As aValuation Survey Coordinator you can expect to
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to Estate Agents vendors tenants and property developers.
- Arrange appointments for our surveyors to complete property valuations and surveys.
- Manage customers expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
- Manage queries in relation to appointments.
- Handle computerbased tasks and data entry responsibilities ensuring all information inputted onto the system is completed with high levels of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all customers both internal and external.
Additional support from fully trained butflexible colleagues will help us to meet the additional demands of our busiest periods and continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients and customers.
How flexible will the role be
To allow people to work around existing study childcare employment or other responsibilities the work will be flexible throughout the day evenings and weekends. The role will be homebased and thehours will be flexibleandpaid at an hourly also provide full training and IT equipment.
Well need a level of commitment from those who apply but well do everything we can to work around existing arrangements to provide a truly flexible arrangement.
