Job Description

This role is based at our Market Road Office in London with 1 week a month spent in Shirebrook supporting the team in the East Midlands

As the Lead Stylist you will be responsible for shaping and driving the creative styling for all sports and luxury segments within the retail group. You will lead the styling across all brand touchpoints from campaigns to ecomm to engage consumers and drive commercial success. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion premium and luxury as well as Sports retail/Marketing/Advertising linked strategically to consumer trends/insights. Working at the intersection of sports fashion and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities: 
Creative Strategy & Brand Development 
Define and execute the styling direction for sports and luxury categories aligning with the overall brand vision and business objectives. 
Develop innovative campaigns through styling and creative storytelling that strategically enhance brand desirability and consumer engagement. 
Ensure styling consistency across all touchpoints including digital retail partnerships and ecomm (fully integrated) 

Campaign Leadership & Execution 
Lead the endtoend creative development of multichannel campaigns from a styling perspective. Collaborate with internal teams (creative marketing Social paid & Organic ecommerce retail PR) and external partners to deliver highimpact campaigns. 
Oversee the creation of compelling styled content across all digital platforms visual merchandising ecomm and instore experiences that resonate with target audiences. 

Luxury & Sports Market Insight 
Stay ahead of market trends consumer behaviours and competitor activities within the luxury fashion and sports sectors. Including fashion editorial and industry news. 
Identify opportunities for innovation strategic partnerships and brand collaborations to elevate brand positioning. 
Leverage data and insights to refine creative strategies and maximize brand impact. 
While having a clear view on emerging digital technologies such as Ai and how they can help future proof the creative studio/business. As well as from a cost saving perspective. 

Leadership & Collaboration 
Lead manage and inspire a team of stylists across the business. In both the London and Shirebrook offices. 
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including brand partners athletes influencers and luxury/fashion designers. As well as with your own creative team. 
Attend shoots and productions leading the styling across all facets of the ecosystem. As you collaborate with photographic AV styling and production both inhouse and external creative teams. While truly understanding WOW within the industry finding key partners to work with. While being able to interrogate budgets to get the best creative output aligned to costs. Leaning on personal contacts within the industry as necessary. 
Act as a brand guardian ensuring all creative output aligns with the brands premium positioning. 
Must be prepared to travel up to our Shirebrook office several days every few weeks. To nurture the styling teams and help elevate the ecomm side of the business. 

Styling & Fashion Editorial 
Define the styling direction for all sports & luxury categories. Using your skills to create presentations to best communicate your ideas. While reviewing the work of your team and providing critical direction and feedback to develop the creative vision and keep things moving. 
While partnering with our editorial team to align on current trends and how we foster this information in to our consumer facing comms.


Qualifications :

Proven experience in a senior stylist role within a luxury sports or fashion retail/brand environment. 
Strong understanding of brand storytelling digital marketing and experiential activations. 
Expertise in styling direction campaign development and visual identity. Through a strategic lens. 
A strong network within the luxury sports and fashion industries is highly desirable. 
Excellent leadership communication and project management skills. 
Experience as a fashion editor at a magazine or within a large commercial brand is a must. Experience in both would be preferred.
