This is a remote position.

Lithe People is the Talent practice of Lithe Consulting Ltd (T/A Lithe Transformation). Were now looking to take the practice to the next level by hiring an experienced and wellconnected Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running and interested in developing their careers with us.

What were looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 solid years experience in a technical market. Were not too bothered what that market is but you need to be both an expert and wellconnected in it. Special interest for us would be banking/finance and fintech public sector and defence but were open to anything. Were also especially interested in recruiters who either live or operate in the Gulf region
  • Contract recruiters are more of interest than perm at the moment but the door is very much open to amazing permanent recruiters as well
  • A grownup! Someone who can work on their own and motivate themselves to be at their best without a line manager breathing down their neck
  • Career stability if youve had more than 2 employers in the past 4 years youre probably not the right person for us
  • Confidence over arrogance. Were a pretty humble bunch at Lithe and that goes from the owners downwards. Someone who is more concerned in telling everyone how good they are or how much their earning than helping others to achieve their goals probably wont be right for us
  • General experience we dont know everything and we want someone who can show us new tricks as well as viceversa
  • An innovator. Were creative and we like people who are also creative in their approaches to doing business and overcoming barriers

What youll be doing:

This is a business development role heavily focused on sales. You can choose whether or not you want to fulfill the 360 degree role and resource your own candidates (we can provide that function for you and were very good at it!) but the primary focus of this role is sales.
  • Networking youll be constantly making new connections meeting with people even if theres no immediate benefit. The more connections you have the better for you and us. That goes for clients and candidates alike
  • Meeting clients were massive believers in facetoface meetings their role in the sales cycle and in increasing our footprint within established accounts. You wont be targeted on it but well happily give you the time resources and encouragement to go meet them wherever they are geographically

Package on offer:

In terms of basic salary were open (within reason) to discuss your requirements. Our commission package means that the more profitable you are the more you will earn and its groundbreaking like a lot of things we do. Theres also a pension where we match your contributions at 5%. Lithe is a remotefirst company so it goes without saying that you can work from home 100% or we might entertain a local coworking hub if that doesnt suit. Or you can work from the small office we have in Brighton either hybrid or fulltime its really up to you.
