Job Description
Were looking for a Business Agility professional to drive the companys business agility with particular emphasis on process improvement.
The job holder will be seen as an internal consultant on this so were looking for someone ideally with a consultancy background. As well as good experience in business agility the main requirement is for someone who can problemsolve and think their way around situations creatively. A good working knowledge of Agile methodologies and their implementation is also required as is skills and experience in project management. Also a background in tangible products is a massive advantage (eg software/systems electronics etc).
The work will involve harmonisation of processes throughout the organisation (usually but not necessarily in a SAFe environment) value stream mapping and projectmanaging the implementation of new processes.
The salary on offer is 66064 per year plus a 10% bonus and an excellent package of benefits.
