Join the team at Longridge Hall a warm and welcoming residential care home located in Longridge. At Longridge Hall we strive to create a homely environment for our residents offering unique spaces such as a reminiscence lounge a chapel and even an indoor sensory garden! Our experienced Care Home Manager Tracey has been with us for over 10 years and is dedicated to fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
We are currently seeking Bank Care Practitioners to help provide exceptional personcentered care to our residents. You’ll be contributing to a nurturing environment where each resident can thrive staying as active and independent as possible while receiving the care they need.
As a Bank Care Practitioner your responsibilities will include:

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.
