About the Role
Were looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer to bring Healfs creative vision to life. This is a handson design role for someone who can balance highquality execution with creative collaboration ensuring every visual asset reflects and elevates the Healf brand. Working as part of a collaborative inhouse creative team youll have the autonomy to produce toptier designs across digital print and experiential channels while also contributing to our overall creative direction.
Youll report to the Creative Director for guidance but will play a key role in the creation strategy and execution of compelling visual work that pushes the brand forward.
Key Responsibilities
- EndtoEnd Design Execution: Develop and deliver standout design concepts that reflect Healfs brand identity across digital print packaging and experiential platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the Creative Lead and wider team to ideate shoot and design inhouse content ensuring a cohesive and polished brand aesthetic.
- Creative Asset Development: Produce highquality visual assets for social media website product packaging and marketing campaigns meeting deadlines and brand standards.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the Brand Asset Bank ensuring all designs align with Healfs visual guidelines and design systems.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to seamlessly integrate visual storytelling across the business.
- Design Strategy: Contribute to design strategy and creative direction while remaining handson in producing and delivering highquality work.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of professional experience in brand design with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing work across digital print motion and experiential design.
- Ability to contribute to strategic creative direction while remaining handson with the daytoday production of design assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and a strong understanding of motion design principles.
- Proven experience working in an inhouse creative team with knowledge of design systems brand guidelines and asset management.
- A proactive team player who can take direction collaborate effectively and bring a unique creative vision to the table.
- Excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
