24043.50 per annum
37.5 hours per week

Keeping our hospitals clean is a big priority for us. We are looking for a Housekeeper who will help us to create a clean safe and pleasant environment for patients by cleaning and preparing a range of areas utilising the latest equipment products and supported by a firstclass training programme. You will take pride in your work and undertake a variety of general responsibilities ranging from room cleaning waste removal linen collection and deep cleaning.
As a Housekeeper you will:
Care about our patients so that you can organise your work and plan your time with assistance from our Heads of Housekeeping to make sure cleaning never gets in the way of a patients experience
Be friendly with good communication and customer service skills. This will come in handy when you are working in a team with your colleagues and also when you are interacting with our patients
Motivated friendly and flexible
Ideally experienced in a similar role you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean pleasant and safe for patients
Work closely with the Infection prevention team reporting incidents to the relevant team members

Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital.
The Exeter Nuffield hospital is based next to the RD&E hospital in Wonford Exeter. The hospital has 2 theatres as well as a hybrid cardiac catheter laboratory/theatre and an Endoscopy suite. There are two ward areas: an inpatient area with 21 beds and a daycase ward with 12 beds.
We also have a busy outpatient department pharmacy physiotherapy and radiology department including an MRI scanner. We specialise in elective orthopaedic and spinal surgery cardiology including invasive procedures general surgery plastics and cosmetic surgery ENT and gynaecology. The Hospital has a MAKO robot that undertakes some of the joint replacement surgery which we have become well known for in this field of surgery.
