Job Description
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a wellestablished
and highly regarded law firm in Lancashire. Known for its modern
systems supportive leadership and excellent client service this firm is
expanding and now seeks a Conveyancing Solicitor or an experienced
Conveyancer to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction
to postcompletion
Handling a wide range of transactions including freehold and
leasehold sales and purchases remortgages transfers of equity
new builds and shared ownership properties
Liaising with clients estate agents mortgage brokers and other
stakeholders
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in a timely and
professional manner
Utilising advanced legal software and case management systems
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or experienced
Conveyancer with a strong track record in residential property
Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal
supervision
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant
legislation
Excellent communication organisation and timemanagement
skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
